A Dario Argento Project about which he says: “The Spanish DVD source has a run-time of 82 minutes , so using that and the English dub that whatsername decided to make unviewable by sticking it on Fucking Crackle for just about everyone else. Here’s a proper English Language Release. Just under 5 minutes of footage has been editied back, and before you get too excited, the quality is terrible. Also to make the scene transition specially when jumping from fullscreen to 16:9 I’ve boxed the image for the inserts to the same res at the dvd. Also this upload has only the English Dub so dont get all expecting a dual audio version anytime soon.
The Spanish Print did’nt include the 10 second Figa ident, so taking that into account to, this print is actually one or two second’s longer than the “uncut” version.

“A black-gloved,razor-wielding killer slashes the throats of people in an eerie mansion. It all has to do with the tragic death of a woman. She was the wife of the main male character.Oliver is convinced that he accidentally caused her lethal fall in their villa while he was drunk. He finds a new wife, but he’s incapable of coping with his first wife’s death. Moreover the maid and his sister don’t seem to accept the new woman in the household. After some time suddenly bodies are piling up slashed by black-gloved killer…Pretty good Spanish/Italian giallo made by Alfonso Balcazar with lovely Teresa Gimpera. The first hour of the movie is relentlessly talky and suitably dull. The gory murders begin during the last thirty minutes.6 out of 10.” [imdb]
